June - Pride & Joy
The days are longer, the releases are hotter, and our calendar is packed. June brings a month full of new adventures, epic battles, colorful celebrations, and plenty of reasons to gather at your local game store! We're ready to make this month memerable. Check out what's happening.
D&D Encounters Celebration - Ravenloft: The Horrors Within
When: June 6th at 6pm | Entry: $20 | Cap: 24 | Format: D&D, Groups of up to 5, About 3 hours
Join us in celebrating the newest D&D release, Ravenloft: The Horrors Within. Adventurers will play a modified version of the adventure Shadows of Sithicus from the main book.
Adventurers will play at the same time, each at their own table.
Players will be provided premade characters for this adventure and is expected to take about 3 hours. Players will be put into groups of up to 5.
Participants can also continue the adventure in weekly play sessions on Saturdays for $15. Check out the dates for weekly play:

Riftbound - Summoner Skirmish
When: June 13th at Noon | Entry: $25 | Cap: 32 | Format: 1v1 Constructed, 3 Rounds, Each 60 minutes, Cut to Top 8
Each participant will receive 1 Yuumi- Magical Cat (while supplies last), Top 8 players will receive 1 Regnar - Trophy Hunter, and the winner will receive the Champion Regnar - Trophy Hunter as well as a round 1 Bye at the Regional Qualifier. Additional prizing in the form of store credit will be awarded to the Top 8 based on attendance.

MtG - Pride: Legendary Team Up
When: June 13th at 4pm | Entry: $10 | Format: Commander, Pods or 3-4, 3 Rounds
Celebrate Pride Month by joining us for an exclusive event! Participants are to create a Commander Deck using any 2 Legendary Creatures as Commanders. The catch is you can use any 2 legendary creatures regardless of if they have the "Partner" keyword. Remember that the extra commander still counts toward the 100 cards in their deck.
Each participant will also receive a point sheet, based on actions taken in the game, positive or negative points can be gained. The player with the most points will receive a special prize!
Each participant for this event will also receive 1 Gilded Lotus promo as well as 1 Pink Lotus pin. All prizes are while supplies last.
MtG - Avengers Academy: Learn to Play
When: June 14th at 2pm | Entry: Free! | Format: 2HG, Beginner's Guide To Magic
Do you have friends looking to play Magic: the Gathering? We'll help you teach them.
Learn to play Magic with the popular 2HG format. This allows experienced players to help guide and coach their friends into becoming a Magic player!
Each Avengers Academy participant (beginners and veterans) will receive 1 random Welcome Deck featuring popular Marvel characters, while supplies last.
All participants must have a Wizards Account and download the Companion App in order to receive a deck.

MtG - Marvel Super Heroes Prerelease
Day: June 19th - 21st | Entry: $50 per event or $225 for all 5 | Format: Sealed, 3 Rounds, Each 50 minutes
Assemble a team of your favorite super heroes to help you battle it out in a Prerelease!
Schedule:
- Friday, 6/19 @ 7PM – Sealed
- Saturday, 6/20 @ Noon – Sealed
- Saturday, 6/20 @ 5PM – Sealed
- Sunday, 6/21 @ Noon – Two-Headed Giant Sealed (bring a partner!)
- Sunday, 6/21 @ 5PM – Sealed
Prizes:
- 3-0 Record: 5 Play Booster Packs
- 2-1 Record: 3 Play Booster Packs
- Everyone Else: 1 Play Booster Pack
- Prize packs can be exchanged for $7 in store credit per pack.

MtG - Premodern Monthly
When: June 20th at 11am | Entry: $25 | Format: Premodern, 50 minute Rounds, Cut to Top 8
Join us for our monthly Premodern tournament, held every 3rd Saturday of each month!
Top 8 Players will receive custom Game Haven tokens along with additional prizing in the form of store credit based on attendance.

MtG - The cEDH Shuffle 2 - The Reshuffle
When: June 27th @ 10am (We'll open early at 9am) | Entry: $50 | Cap: 64 players | Format: cEDH, Multiplayer Pods, Top Cut
Game Haven is hosting another cEDH Shuffle! Compete against other players for some competitive EDH.
Playtest Policy:
- 15 playtest card limit
- 1-5 playtests over is a turn skip 5+ is a DQ
- Players may use “test cards” with recognizable art or MDFC placeholder cards that are fully legible with the same thickness as MtG cards.
- MDFC cards will require full oracle text, mana cost, card types and name. Printed pieces of paper in front of a magic card will not be permitted. I
- f you are unsure if your playtests are acceptable please consult a judge or tournament organizer before the event starts.
- If they are not acceptable, we offer MDFC cards for $0.50.
MtG - Regional Championship Qqualifier: Modern
When: June 28th at Noon | Entry: $40 | Cap: 40 Players | Format: Modern, Number of rounds based on attendance, Cut to Top 8
Each participant will receive 1 promo nonfoil Ancient Stirrings (while supplies last). Top 8 players will receive 2 promo nonfoil Sowing Mycospawn. Top 2 players will receive 3 additional promo nonfoil Ancient Stirrings, 1 additional nonfoil promo Sowing Mycospawn, 1 promo foil Sowing Mycospawn, and an invite to Regionals! Additional prizes in the form of store credit will be awarded to Top 8 players based on attendance.
