Event Structure:
Swiss rounds based on attendance with a cut also based on attendance

Wins = 5 points, Draws = 1 point.

80 minute rounds, cut to top 16, and top 4 will be 180 minute rounds.

At time in the round, the active player will finish their turn or if 20 minutes have passed, and if a winner has not been determined, the game is a draw.

This tournament will utilize the MTR/IPG Addendum created by TopDeck and will be held to Competitive REL standards.

Playtest Policy:
15 playtest card limit
1-5 playtests over is a turn skip 5+ is a DQ
Players may use “test cards” with recognizable art or MDFC placeholder cards that are fully legible with the same thickness as magic cards. MDFC cards will require full oracle text, mana cost, card types and name. Printed pieces of paper in front of a magic card will not be permitted. A maximum of 15 MDFC placeholder cards will be permitted per deck.
If you are unsure if your playtests are acceptable please consult a judge or tournament organizer before the event starts.

Prizing:
Prizing will scale based on attendance and will be in store credit.
100% of entries will go into the prize pool minus judge fees.
