Returns & cancellations
Returns -
we strive to make our service to you the top priority. Collectible Card Game singles must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Other items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The following applies to all returns:
- The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
- If applicable, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened. (i.e. Shrink-wrap intact, sealed booster packs, etc.)
- You must email us within the allotted time frame at marylandgamehaven@gmail.com, or call us at (410) 413-6151, to request a return.
- You are responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs after the item has been received.
- We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that we do not receive.
Cancellations -
All orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded, but can potentially be subject to a processing fee depending on which method of payment was originally used to process the order.
